As part of our service, we will:

Monitor and respond to all activity between 9am - 9pm Monday - Sunday
Provide a dedicated account manager who will act as your go-to point of contact throughout
Assign a limited number of moderators who will become an extension of your team. They will ensure brand consistency and reflect your charity’s tone of voice
Respond to all interactions promptly
Work on the Social Media Management platform of your choice, and adhere to any additional processes you have in place (i.e tagging etc)
Ensure we are focusing our efforts to best support your overarching objectives including lead generation, income targets and signposting to services
