Our Journey.

Since our inception, we have developed a strong reputation for delivering outstanding service. We are passionate about honest, friendly, human interaction and have extensive fundraising and marketing experience between us.

We are incredibly proud to work with a portfolio of regional, national, and international charities to protect and enhance their brand reputations online, as well as supporting them to deliver their virtual fundraising challenges, which have collectively raised in excess of £20 million.

Helen

CEO

Our team is led by CEO and founder, Helen Alderson.

Helen is incredibly passionate about the third sector and has over fifteen years’ experience through working with national and local charities.Helen ensures we maintain high standards and enthusiasm for the work we do.

James

Social Media Moderation Manager

James is our Social Media Moderation Manager. He brings extensive Third Sector experience at the NHS and Samaritans.

He is passionate about creating safer, kinder online spaces. James uses his expertise to support charities in building positive, impactful communities.

Livvy

Head of Virtual Challenges

Livvy is our Head of Virtual Challenges and has worked in the third sector for nine years in organisations such as Diabetes UK, Breast Cancer Now and Shelter.

She loves to bring joy to any situation and support our incredible charity partners to achieve their goals!

Claire

Virtual Challenge Officer

Claire goes above and beyond for participants and her colleagues each and every day. Claire has many years of fundraising experience with charities such as Breast Cancer Care and Blind Veterans.

She loves the positive impact our work has on the third sector.

Sarah

Marketing Manager

Sarah is our Marketing Manager - she understands our agency, our goals and our vision for the future. She brings her extensive experience in charity comms and PR to this role. 

Sarah was previously a dedicated Social Media Moderator with us for nearly a year!

Meet Jen, our optimistic, creative and diligent Team Leader who can hold a conversation about almost anything!

Jen brings a wealth of experience from her time working at Help for Heroes, The British Museum and Sense.

Rebecca

Bec has over 14 years experience in fundraising, most recently working with Macmillan Cancer Support.

A keen walker, and novice runner she prides herself on providing excellent stewardship to our participants.

Laura Anne

Laura Anne has had two decades of experience working in the third sector doing fundraising, youth work, marketing, volunteer recruitment and pregnancy loss support.

She loves building supportive communities.

Laura

Laura brings a whole load of enthusiasm and creativity to moderation and can always be relied upon to put a smile on your face with her elite GIF game! Laura's previous experience includes roles at The Woodland Trust and The Furniture Makers'​ Company.

Rosie

Rosie has been in the fundraising sector for over 12 years, for a range of causes.
It's this, combined with her other work as a coach, that makes her a passionate supporter and champion of fundraisers in the challenges we moderate.

Esmée

Esmée is an experienced social media manager and fundraiser in the charity sector, with a background at the RNLI and RSPB. Known for her bubbly personality and strong social media skills, Esmée is passionate about driving awareness and inspiring others to take action.

Ben

Ben is calm, encouraging and brings a wealth of community fundraising experience from working with local charities such as Bright Red and Live Well With Cancer.

Loren

Loren uses her enthusiasm and teamwork skills to help unite groups and bring them closer to the causes they choose to support. Loren has previously worked at Alzheimer's Society, NSPCC and Children with Cancer UK

Katie

Katie has devoted over 21 years to the third sector and has held a range of roles, including Head of Fundraising at NASS and The Purple Elephant Project. Katie brings her calm, compassionate and thoughtful personality to every group and is an amazing asset to the team.

Zoe

Zoe is our enthusiastic, travel-loving, beacon of positivity. Zoe has previously held senior roles in charities such as Ethical Journalism Network, The Fore, The Scottish Beacon and loves how our work brings so many different characters together.

Amy

For seven years Amy was the Challenge Events Fundraising Manager at Bone Cancer Research and she utilises every bit of that experience in her positive and energetic social media moderation. Her focus on donor stewardship helps deepen supporter’s connection to the cause at every interaction.

Megan

Megan uses her outgoing nature to help participants come together on Facebook challenges to form their own little community. Megan previously worked at St Oswald's Hospice.

Megan

Megan is a friendly and adventurous moderator. Her favourite thing is seeing communities cheer each other on. Megan also works at Macmillan Cancer Support.

Ollie

Ollie has over ten years of content creation and community management experience on social media. He currently works for the RNLI and enjoys supporting the cause.

If he's not engaging with people on social you'll find Ollie in his trainers clocking up the miles.

Karla

Meet Karla, our always-smiling, super-positive and hard-working moderator. Karla loves being part of creating a meaningful community and brings a wealth of experience from her roles at charities such as Supporting Communities, South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust.

Corinne

Corinne is based in Sussex and has spent over a decade working in charity sector digital, including at GOSH and as Head of Social at Sightsavers.

She loves connecting with people and building community online through great, audience-led social media comms.

Cat

Cat has worked for a range of charities including everything from Orangutan Foundation to Macmillan Cancer Support. Her deep passion for the third sector and for fundraising in particular, really shines through her moderation.

Hollie

Hollie is a very experienced community and events fundraiser and brings a whole load of skills and personality to the role. Experience includes time at Refugee Action, CentrePoint and ShelterBox.

Borys

Borys has been in fundraising for over 7 years. He strives to ensure everyone in his groups is well-informed, motivated and smiling.

Originally from Toronto, he has worked with charities such as the White Ribbon Campaign, Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada and Children of Heroes.

Hannah

Hannah B is a super warm, positive and diligent member of the team.

She takes care to champion every challenge member and support them throughout. Hannah has previously worked with The Princes Trust.

Jill

With over 20 years experience in community and events fundraising, Jill is highly skilled in the art of inspiring and motivating fundraisers and brings this cheerfully into her moderating role.

Rosie

Rosie has been in the fundraising sector for over 12 years, supporting a range of different causes.
It's this, combined with her other work as a coach that makes her a passionate supporter and champion of fundraisers in the challenges we support and moderate.

She loves making people smile and feel good about making a difference.

Nicole

Nicole has have worked in events fundraising since 2011 focusing on organising unique mass events, like night-time 5k runs and 100 mile cycle rides.

Her true passion lies in skiing, and as a family, she loves exploring Europe in their camper van!

Candice has over six years of digital marketing, content creation and day-to-day social media management experience, most recently working for Veganuary.

Her passions are yoga, cooking vegan food and travelling, and she's deeply passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact in the world.

Anna

A Liverpool-based social media and community manager, Anna has expertly shaped community engagement strategies for brands in the charity sector such as Mind UK and Crisis UK.

She's also carried out superb community management for the likes of Parkinson's UK and Samaritans.

Max

Max started in the charity sector three years ago after a stint being a chef. Bringing those two skills together, he now loves to cook up amazing stewardship in third-party challenge events for Shelter.

Outside of work you can find Max in Bristol trying to find time for one of his 102 hobbies which include playing pool, hiking, running and padel!

Emma

Emma is a seasoned fundraiser, with more than 20 years of experience in the charity sector, working with various local and national charities.

She has a real passion for building relationships and sparking motivation in supporters, making them feel part of the team, and ensuring they have the best experience possible when supporting a cause.

Megan

Megan has been working in fundraising for 7 years, mostly supporting small charities in all aspects of fundraising and, more recently as a fundraising mentor with Funding for All.

Originally from Liverpool, Megan has swapped city life for Hampshire where she lives with her partner, two little girls, and three feathery hens!

Christel

I have over 15 years’ experience in the charity sector, working with grassroots organisations and international NGOs. I love working with amazing supporters, and find their passion and determination infectious!

When I’m not working I spend my time chasing round my 3 year old little girl and teaching my teenage boys to drive.

Anna

A Liverpool-based social media and community manager, Anna has expertly shaped community engagement strategies for brands in the charity sector such as Mind UK and Crisis UK.

She's also carried out superb community management for the likes of Parkinson's UK and Samaritans.

Olivia

Olivia has worked in fundraising for the last 5 years first in community fundraising for London's Air Ambulance before moving to Pancreatic Cancer UK to work on their virtual events portfolio.

She lives in London and will often be playing netball, rowing or going to spin classes.
